Padel trainer
4PM Sports started The Padellers in early 2021. The first locations of The Padellers have opened, and over the coming year, we will further expand to 25 locations spread throughout the Netherlands. Our goal is to make padel the largest sports club in the Netherlands, and to achieve this plan, we are looking to strengthen our team. Do you enjoy teaching others how to play padel? Are you ready to help take the fastest-growing racket sport to the next level? Then we are looking for you!
What do we expect from you?
- Possession of a padel license from the KNLTB
- Ability to teach at different levels (beginner to advanced) and to different age groups
- Effective conveyance of tactical and technical knowledge of the padel sport to students
- Social, motivational, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
- Neat appearance and representation of The Padellers
- Proficiency in Dutch, both verbally and in writing. English is a plus
- Flexibility and availability for a minimum of 16 hours per week
Job Responsibilities
- Providing padel lessons at one or more locations of The Padellers to a diverse target audience and at various skill levels
- Assisting in organizing clinics and tournaments
- Contributing to the brand growth and outreach of 'The Padellers'
- Reporting to the Head of Trainers.

As a Padel Trainer at The Padellers, you help our members improve their skills in playing the sport of padel. The Padellers offers various lessons, clinics, and tournaments for people of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced players. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to contribute to the further expansion of our brand.
