4PM Sports – The Padellers
4PM Sports launched The Padellers in early 2021. The first locations of The Padellers have opened and in the coming year we will continue to expand to 25 locations nationwide. Our goal is to make padel the biggest sports club in the Netherlands and to realize this plan we are looking to strengthen the team.
Club host
As a Club host, you are the face at one of The Padellers’ locations. Your job is to give our club members a great experience with the sport of padel, as well as to put The Padellers brand firmly on the map. Do you want to contribute to that? Then we are looking for you!
Work:
- You will be the first point of contact on site and, if necessary, explain the rules of padel;
- You coordinate the rental of rackets and balls;
- You will keep requests for lessons, court rentals and events in our records. In addition, you will independently respond by mail and/or phone to requests from players and/or companies;
- You supervise an event on the day, working with a team;
- You make sure the location looks neat, clean and cared for;
- You manage the bar and will serve guests according to hospitality guidelines;
- You will report to the Club Manager & Head of Locations.
Profile:
- You are athletically inclined and have a passion for the sport of padel;
- You have a hands on mentality and are enthusiastic & welcoming;
- You work neatly and in a structured manner;
- You are familiar with Microsoft Office & Google Docs;
- You have a command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing. English is a plus;
- In addition, you live near the location and are available for a minimum of 8-16 hours.
